Meditation Class

A perfect option if you are new to yoga, or looking for a gentle class.  A combination of beginner friendly poses and breathing practices to build strong foundations and to create openness and ease in the body.


The class ends with a focus on  Restorative Yoga and meditation for ultimate relaxation - this is a blissful way to start your week.

Class is both online and in person on Monday nights at 7.30pm from Sarah's Mountjoy Road Studio.
