If you are new to yoga, or returning to it after a break or injury, then this is the class for you. We practice yoga postures from the basics and build strong foundations in these fundamental moves to allow you to explore the practice at your own pace.
As well as the physical postures, you will learn breathing techniques that help you relax both body and mind. Over the beginners course you will start to see the benefits as the practices become familiar and find a place in how you live and move from day to day.
