A fun filled and lively class, devoted partly to stretches and movements for Mum to ease tension in the back and shoulders and to reconnect gently with the core muscles. Taking time to begin your postnatal recovery and your journey back to exercise.

Part of the class is then devoted to Baby with stretches to strengthen little limbs and develop their motor skills. We use yoga moves, song and props to boost brain development and communication skills.

Fun and relaxed bonding time with your little one with time to ease yourself back to exercise and meet and chat with other Mums. You can currently find Postnatal Yoga classes at Cookstown Leisure Centre on Monday mornings at 10am as part of Mid Ulster Council's Active Lifestyle Programme.
