A flow class is where the postures are practiced in a sequence, using the breath to move from one pose to another. In Flow Basics, we begin with the foundations of your vinyasa practice as you build your core strength and flexibility and get to know the most common sequences.
Breath-led movement focuses the mind and you will leave the class feeling completely re-energised.

This class is open to all levels with options given to suit your ability.

Class runs on Tuesdays at 7.30pm from Sarah's Mountjoy Road Studio.
