A flow class is where the postures are practiced in a sequence, using the breath to move from one pose to another. Yoga practiced in this fluid way will provide a full body workout to activate core muscles and tone the entire body. As well as an excellent cardiovascular exercise you will deepen your practice as the postures enhance your strength, flexibility and stamina.
Breath-led movement focuses the mind and you will leave the class feeling completely re-energised.
Some yoga experience will be helpful but is not a necessity to give these classes a try.
