An intermediate level vinyasa flow class where we begin to embrace our playful side!

Stronger variations and transitions between poses and a faster pace means that this class will challenge you to deepen your physical practice.

A vinyasa class is sometimes decsribed as 'Meditation in Motion' and a great way to rest a busy mind and find release from stress.


Runs both online and in person on Wednesdays at 8pm from Sarah's Mountjoy Road Studio.
