During the course you will learn to create space in the body as well as essential hypnobirthing-style breathing techniques to help during labour and nurture the special bond between mother and baby.
Each class ends with a deeply relaxing guided meditation, giving you a well deserved rest.
The class is suitable to mothers to be from 12 weeks on. Previous yoga experience is not essential.
